    Happy New Year!

    Attached is the January 2012 issue of The Brookline. Along with the other fine articles, you may be particularly interested in the Brookline Boulevard Improvement Project update on Page 3.     There is plenty of good news in the holiday edition of The Brookline.

    Read all about the Pitt Makes a Difference Day on Page 3. A group of fine young people from Pitt volunteered a Saturday morning to come to Brookline and clean up several areas in our community. We are very appreciative of their volunteer efforts in our community. Keith Knecht, SPDC's vice-president did a fine job of organizing and leading this effort. Thank you Pitt!
